LK GLOBAL LTD offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Aura Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund.
Eligibility
You can request a refund within 30 days of your order date, no reason required. This covers the initial Aura Pro subscription payment.
How to request
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, our payment provider. To request a refund, visit billing.stripe.com and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or contact us directly (see below) and we will help you through the process.
Processing
Once approved, Stripe typically returns the payment to your original payment method within a few business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
