The terms that govern your use of Aura.
Aura (the "Service") is operated by LK GLOBAL LTD ("we", "us"). By signing up or continuing to use Aura, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. Last updated: 2026.
Seller
The Service is provided by LK GLOBAL LTD. Your contract is with us. To contact us, use the email or WeChat details at the bottom of this page.
Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so. Minors should use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
Service
Aura provides AI-powered IELTS Speaking practice, mock exams, free conversation, and practice reports. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Acceptable use
You must not: (1) use the Service unlawfully; (2) engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or infringement of others' rights; (3) infringe our or any third party's intellectual property; (4) attempt to breach, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service's security or availability; (5) scrape, bulk-download, or resell our outputs.
Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Intellectual property
Aura's software, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by LK GLOBAL LTD. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal practice during your subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (including voice and text) and grant us a limited licence to host, transcribe, and process it solely to provide the Service (for example, generating replies and reports).
Payments & subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are sold through our payment provider Stripe. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Consumer Terms: https://stripe.com/legal/consumer. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until you cancel.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our payment provider Stripe.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service or the law. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LK GLOBAL LTD is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
